Task orders within the scope of this contract that may be issued would require the contractor to assess, analyze, design, develop, integrate, deploy, and monitor security systems, public address systems, traffic monitoring and management systems, subsystems, and components.  These designs shall fully integrate optimum equipment and products.  Equipment readily available on the commercial market shall be utilized to the maximum extent practicable.  In formulating security system designs and recommendations, the contractor shall utilize a “systems approach,” taking into account all aspects of the operating environment, which could impact the performance or acceptance of system components.  System designs and recommended security programs may include structures; hardware; electronics; computer systems; communication systems; skills required for operation; and system-user interface, procedures, and training.

The scope of this acquisition is to provide a contractual capability to engineer, procure, install, upgrade, repair, operate, and maintain Electronic Security Systems (ESS) for customers served by USAESCH. The work may also include delivery of security and force protection measures which may or may not be directly associated with electronic security. The electronic security systems are installed to reduce risks to personnel and assets by electronically monitoring and controlling access to facilities, providing surveillance or assessment capability, providing intrusion detection, and centralizing alarm reporting and display functions. Work may include conducting security site surveys; risk and vulnerability assessments; developing Preliminary Engineering Concepts; developing equipment installation engineering plans; providing cost estimates; providing hardware and software, installing and testing equipment; performing facility modifications required to support equipment installation; providing and installing security and/or force protection measures such as but not limited to barriers, fencing, gates, window treatments, hardening, lighting, chemical/ biological/ radiological contaminant detection / filtration / response; providing and installing data transmission systems; interfacing with existing data transmission systems; determining compatibility of new equipment with existing systems; preparing system and component documentation; providing operation and maintenance manuals; providing training; warranting systems; maintaining and servicing systems; operating and monitoring systems; preparing after action and other reports; and providing as-built installation drawings.

This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement is for the maintenance, repair, installation and removal of ancillary law enforcement equipment for any and all Provost Marshal Office emergency response vehicles.

Schriever Air Force Base Security Control Systems Maintenance and Upgrade Contract

LVW provides corrective action and Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) of all equipment associated with permanently installed security control systems associated with the Automated Entry Control System (AECS) and the One 32 Plus Legacy system, intrusion detection, CCTV, Access Control, and Mass Notification systems as well as any/all temporarily installed security systems at Schriever AFB, CO. The maintenance contract covers the entire installation including computer software, database configuration, head-end equipment and various sensors and public announcement equipment performing fault isolation, repair, and validating system upgrade requirements.  LVW employees are cleared to the secret and Top Secret level to work in sensitive areas.  LVW provides timely resolution of system outages 24 hours a day.  All maintenance and repair actions are tracked using IMDS (Integrated Maintenance Data Collection System).  LVW is expected to provide engineering support; on a separate task order issued by the CO, for minor as well as major system modifications, additions, improvements, and replacements to existing security systems and processes, as well as to correct any system deficiencies.  All scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance is performed in accordance with applicable system or equipment technical data. LVW provides administrative functions including maintenance documentation, inventory control and management, safety management, work center budget, and updating and maintaining technical orders, regulations, manuals and training records.

Infrastructure Modernization program (IMOD) Prime contractor Verizon FNS

IMOD integrates voice, data, cable plant and/or transmission products and services into a single, integrated communications system. The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts cover a 10-year-period, which includes a five-year base period with one five-year option.

Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) Prime Contractor Multimax

The purpose of this contract is to provide Air Force, Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and a means of system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of Department of Defense (DoD) adopted commercially standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with Air Force, Joint, and DoD Standardized Networking Technical Architectures.
