LVW has over three decades of maintenance work to its credit.  Besides being the prime point of contact for all routine maintenance and upgrades on the majority of systems it has installed, LVW is also commonly called upon to provide maintenance and repairs for systems all over the globe. Currently in the midst of multi-year maintenance contracts for Electronic Security Systems from Colorado to Korea, Mass Notification Systems maintenance for US Forces in the Korean Peninsula,  and responding daily to maintenance calls for commercial audio systems in the Continental US, we at LVW capitalize upon our quick response time and extraordinary depth of trouble-shooting talent to provide prompt and precise service solutions.

LVW routinely warrantees work performed from one year of installation, and is available for extended contracts after the warrantee has expired. Likewise, LVW is a licensed dealer of all systems they install, meaning that we will not violate manufacturer warrantee in providing service to your system’s needs.

LVW responds to service calls from customers around the world, and is adept at offering over-the-phone solutions. In cases where such a solution is not available, LVW deploys personnel to attend to maintenance and repair within prescribed time limits, often within 24 hours, depending on the site and system being serviced.
